Located in a convenient area, close to the city center and along the promenade with great restaurants nearby. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and provide amenities such as air conditioning and satellite TV.
Some areas of the hotel are in need of repair and updating, but this does not affect the quality of stay.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and only a short walk away from the beach and the town centre. The staff provided excellent service, always courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a clean, modern bathroom. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including room service, car hire, and laundry. We especially enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the relaxing massage at the garden area.

The lake is just across the street and there are great restaurants nearby. The covered porch is a nice place to relax.
The room was not clean, with peeling paint and electrical wires sticking out of the walls. The staff was not helpful and the breakfast was not good. a very disappointing experience.

Stayed at a hotel during Xmas in a great location overlooking a beautiful lake. the room was tidy and with an extra-large bed. the staff was always very helpful and attentive.
It was a bit disappointed with the food choices, the meals weren't as tasty as described on the menu, there were not many options available, and some items were cold. the hotel's maintenance could have been better as some small details needed to be improved such as the showerhead and some lights.

I had a fantastic stay with great hotel facilities, free parking and easy transportation. The location was perfect - at the end of the promenade, but still rather close to the city center. The nearby beaches made it even better. The staff provided excellent service and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to my day.
